Quebec, July 6th 2009 - Dynagram, the leader in innovative imposition technologies, today announced the availability of its Automation Module for the inpO2 (in-poe-two) PDF imposition software for Adobe Acrobat. In addition, a 3.5.2 update for the inpO2 product family was also released with several product enhancements. The new module and update are available directly from Dynagram, or through authorized distributors and resellers worldwide.
Automation Module
The new Automation module responds to the market’s need to reduce costs and mistakes through process automation. Any layout that can be produced with the Wizard can be saved as a layout profile and assigned to Hot Folders along with specific output profiles for drag and drop production. Although the plate/sheet size and layouts are fixed, page sized, marks, and page counts are dynamic on a job-by-job basis making the workflows very flexible for common jobs.
How does it work?
When inpO2 Automation is activated, the automated imposition process will be triggered by placing a source PDF document in one of the active hot folders. Many production workflows can be configured to generate various types of jobs: saddle stitch, perfect bound, step & repeat, cut & stack, and N-Up. The page size can be fixed or entirely adapted to the source document.

The inpO2 Modular Product Family
The inpO2 family is built from six different modules that address different imposition functions making it very scalable and cost effective for printers of all sizes. The Automation module is the sixth module to the added to the inpO2 line along with other modules such as the Optimization module for gang work optimization, and the Assembly Planner Module for complex sheet-fed and web press layouts.
inpO2 3.5.2 Update
Along with the Automation Module for inpO2 Dynagram has also updated the base product enhancing many features throughout the entire product suite. This includes improvements to the Layout Editor, marks, ink remapping and many other minor improvements and corrections. inpO2 3.5.2 update is available from the Dynagram Web Site at no charge to any inpO2 3.5 customer.
